Moderato is an innovative French brand, founded in 2020 by Sébastien and Fabien, two wine enthusiasts who decided to revolutionise the wine world by creating alcohol-free wines. Their mission was bold: to make wines as good as their alcoholic counterparts, while offering a flavourful non-alcoholic alternative. To achieve this goal, they collaborated with the best winemakers, chose exceptional terroirs, and developed a sophisticated dealcoholisation method that preserves the aromas and complexity of traditional wines.

At Moderato, dealcoholisation is seen not as a limitation, but as an exciting challenge that combines science, art, and love of wine. The team, made up of enthusiasts convinced that the pleasure of tasting should not be limited by the presence of alcohol, strives to create refined cuvées, cuvée after cuvée.
