OPTIMÆ

OPTIMÆ was born out of Guyome’s passion for mixology, which he discovered whilst on a business trip to Italy. This epicurean, seeking alternatives to alcohol, conceived a premium non-alcoholic spirit. Inspired by the first lockdown and keen to cut down on his alcohol consumption without giving up the pleasure of an aperitif, Guyome developed a particular interest in distillation and distilled drinks.

Originally from La Rochelle, Guyome turned to the La Rochelle Technopole for support in bringing his project to fruition. It was there that he met Christophe, a distiller from the Spirit Valley in the Cognac region, whose family has been passing down their expertise for seven generations. Together, they combine tradition and innovation to create exceptional non-alcoholic spirits. Nestled between land and sea, OPTIMÆ was born, offering a refined and sophisticated taste experience for lovers of non-alcoholic drinks.
