Ingredients
- 5 cl Blackberry juice
- 8 cl Ginger beer
Method
- Start by squeezing fresh lime juice. Make sure the blackberry juice is also fresh and ready to use.
- In a highball glass filled with ice, pour 5 cl of blackberry juice and 3 cl of fresh lime juice.
- Complete the mix with 8 cl of very cold ginger beer. Stir gently to blend the flavours well.
