Non-Alcoholic Sangria

The non-alcoholic sangria is a refreshing and festive drink, perfect for those who want to enjoy the typical flavours of sangria without the effects of alcohol. Ideal for summer parties, barbecues, or just relaxing in the evening, this drink combines the fruity and spiced taste of a traditional sangria with non-alcoholic ingredients. It offers a harmonious mix of fruit juices, fresh fruit pieces, and spices, creating a rich and satisfying taste experience.

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Grape juice
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 8 piece Fresh fruits (orange, apple, lemon, grape)
  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 2 cl Apple juice
  • 3 cl Orange juice

Method

  1. Wash and cut 2 slices of orange, 2 slices of lemon, 2 small pieces of apple, and 2-3 grapes cut in half.
  2. In a large glass, pour 6 cl of grape juice, 3 cl of orange juice, 2 cl of lemon juice, 2 cl of apple juice, and 0.5 cl of grenadine syrup.
  3. Add a small pinch of cinnamon and a small pinch of nutmeg to the glass.
  4. Add the prepared fruit pieces to the glass. Mix well so that the fruits and spices are well soaked in the juices.
  5. Place the glass in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours blend and for the drink to get nice and cold.
  6. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently.
  7. Decorate the glass with a slice of orange or lemon on the rim.
