The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso

The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso by Free Spirits is a non-alcoholic alternative that captures the complex and warm essence of traditional red vermouth. This vermouth stands out with a robust nose featuring comforting spices, blended with notes of rhubarb, orange peel, and Italian cola. On the palate, it reveals the richness of turbinado sugar, evoking the taste of a Christmas fruitcake, enhanced with well-integrated notes of dried fruit and deep spice. The finish is velvety and creamy, leaving a persistence of spices such as black pepper and ginger. Ideal for sophisticated non-alcoholic cocktails like the Negroni or the Americano, it offers a refined tasting experience for lovers of rich and spicy flavours.
